Join Bethany Rose for a creative Patchwork Apron Workshop and sew your own beautiful handmade apron using patchwork techniques.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to cut, piece and stitch fabric together to create a unique patchwork design before assembling your apron. You’ll be guided step by step through essential sewing and quilting techniques, including accurate cutting, piecing, pressing and neat construction.
You’ll also explore fabric placement, colour combinations and pattern mixing to create an apron that reflects your personal style, whether you prefer soft coordinated prints or bold statement fabrics.
All fabric required for the workshop is included, so you can simply come along ready to create.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a completed or near-completed apron and the confidence to continue creating at home.
What to bring
Basic sewing kit (scissors, pins/clips, thread, seam ripper, etc.)
Some items are available to purchase in our shop and can be ordered online in advance or bought on the day.
Sewing Machine Hire
If you need to use one of our sewing machines, please add Sewing Machine Hire (£5) to your booking when reserving your place. Machines are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

This workshop runs from 10am–4pm. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled in.
You are welcome to bring your own lunch, or purchase food from the on-site food truck. A selection of teas, coffee, and water are available in the studio.
