In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to piece, quilt, and construct a zipped pouch while building confidence with essential sewing and quilting techniques. Bethany will guide you step by step through cutting, layering, quilting, inserting a zip and assembling your pouch, helping you achieve a neat and professional finish.
You’ll also explore fabric placement, colour combinations, and decorative details to create a pouch that feels uniquely yours, whether you prefer soft coordinated prints, vintage florals or bold statement fabrics.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a completed or near-completed quilted zipper pouch and the confidence to continue creating handmade quilted accessories at home.

A fabric kit is available for £10, or you are welcome to bring your own fabric (requirements will be included in your booking confirmation email).

This workshop runs on Thursday afternoons from 2PM–5PM. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled in.
