Yes! Classes are designed to support everyone. Beginners will feel guided and supported, while more experienced quilters can refine and develop their skills. Everyone learns at their own pace.

Each class is limited to a maximum of six people, giving everyone plenty of space and individual attention. If you need a carer or support person to attend with you, just let me know, we can make arrangements and there’s plenty of room in the studio.

Yes! The studio has a wide doorway, ground-floor access, no steps and a disabled toilet. If you need any help getting to or from your car, just let me know and I’ll be happy to assist.

Please bring your sewing machine along with a basic sewing kit: hand-stitching and machine needles, machine feet, thread, pins, a seam ripper, rotary cutter, cutting mat, scissors and a fabric-marking pen or tool. Some workshops may require additional items, so check the workshop description for full details.

You’ll need to be familiar with the basics of your sewing machine before attending. I’m happy to offer guidance, but as every machine works differently. If you’re unsure, please bring your machine manual and we can figure it out together.

Absolutely. Any instructions or templates you need for the workshop will be emailed to you as a PDF, so you can print them out and use them at home at your own pace.

Mistakes are part of learning and they’re always welcome here! Quilting is about progress, creativity and enjoyment, not perfection. You’ll leave each class with new skills, confidence and the knowledge that it’s okay to experiment.
