Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and payment

Saturday workshops cost £50 per person, unless stated otherwise.
All places must be booked and paid for in advance.
Your place is confirmed once your payment has been received.
Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

2. Cancellations and refunds

If you can no longer attend, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel, I will do my best to help. Refunds or transfers to another workshop will depend on the circumstances and how much notice you give.
If I cancel a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.
Nothing in these terms takes away any legal rights you may have as a customer.

3. Attending your workshop

Please arrive on time so we can get started together.
If you arrive late, you may miss some instructions or demonstrations. Late arrival does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
If you cannot attend, please contact me rather than sending someone else in your place without checking first.
Please follow all safety instructions when using sewing machines, irons, rotary cutters, scissors and other equipment.

4. Materials and equipment

Materials included in your workshop will be listed in the workshop description.
Any items you need to bring with you will be explained before the workshop.
Please check the workshop description to see whether the session is suitable for beginners or requires previous experience.
If you have questions about what is included, please get in touch before booking.

5. Accessibility and additional needs

I want everyone to feel welcome at So Northern Quilting. If you have accessibility requirements or need any adjustments to take part, please contact me before booking so we can discuss how I may be able to help.

6. Workshop changes

Occasionally, I may need to change workshop content or arrangements. If I have to cancel a workshop, I will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative date.

7. Photos and videos

I may take photos or videos during workshops to share the lovely things being made at the studio. I will ask your permission before using identifiable photos or videos of you for promotional purposes.

8. Vouchers and discounts

Vouchers and discount codes must be used before their stated expiry date.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any special conditions attached to a voucher or offer will be explained when it is issued.
Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
